*16:00: Check-in at FLC Hotel in Quang Ninh province for the others (AA, TASS, BERNAMA, BTA, KYODO, BNA, AKP, KPL, Sourcefabric)
* VNA provides transfer from Quang Ninh province to the airport, Quang Ninh back to Hanoi and from Hanoi to the airport.
Delegates should leave Quang Ninh for airport between 4 and 5 hours prior to their boarding time. The detail transfer plan are sent in advance to delegations./.
