The Mayor of Erenhot, Mr Tian Yong, Vice Consul of the People’s Republic of China in Zamyn-Uud of Dornogobi aimag Mr Wang Jyun and head of the Department for Promoting Trade of Erenhot and translator, Mr Shiliinbaatar along with their accompanying delegation have visited Dornogobi aimag.
The aimag governor, MrT.Enkhtuvshin welcomed the guests and gave detailed information on the locality’s development. He mentioned that the aimag has an agreement of cooperation with Erenhot in a wide range of spheres including tourism, trade and commerce, health and education.
The sides have reached some agreements at the meeting after discussing development of tourism, growth of the locality and building infrastructure in Sainshand soum.
As the Dornogobi governor has requested, the Chinese side has agreed to invite doctors from Beijing and Huhhot to Sainshand to conduct free optical surgeries. Also, the leaders of Erenhot decided to give initial aid of more than MNT 1.0 billion to Dornogobi for its landscaping, healthcare and other development works.
