A website called Dadaviz has recently created a map on gender income gap. The gender income gap  is the difference between male and female earnings expressed as a percentage of male earnings.
According to the map, Mongolia is the second-best country overall on the Wage equality for similar work.
As of the end 2014, average salary of Mongolian men stands at 859.7 thousand tugrics or 434.7 dollars whereas women in Mongolia earn 733.4 thousand tugrics or 370.4 dollars per month. Women make up 50.7 per cent of the working force in Mongolia.
