The 11th Asia Europe Meeting Summit is to be held in Ulaanbaatar next year. ASEM representatives from the European Union is visiting Mongolia these days, to get acquainted with the preparation and to provide consulting.
The ASEM consultant mr Michael Mattison said at the press conference, that he considers Mongolia’s hosting of the summit is of a great importance. We will give all support for the successful organization of the summit. The high-level event will attract 53 heads of states. It is very common that investment and developments are forwarded in the host country, following the summit.
In additions, opportunities will open doors for Mongolia to sign long and short-term agreements, enhance investor’s confidence in Mongolia.
Other countries will become more available to Mongolia for cooperation in cultural spheres.
