Tehran, April 9 (AzerTAc). Following a one-on-one meeting between presidents Ilham Aliyev and Hassan Rouhani, Azerbaijan and Iran have signed bilateral documents.
Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov and Iran`s Minister of Sports and Youth Mahmoud Goudarzi signed “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the fields of youth and sports”.
Azerbaijan`s Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov and Iran`s Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli signed “Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Interior of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the field of emergency situations management”.
Azerbaijan`s Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Huseyngulu Baghirov and Iran`s Minister of Roads and Urban Development Abbas Akhoundi signed “Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the filed of meteorology and relevant issues”.
Azerbaijan`s Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev and Iran's Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian signed “Agreement on the construction and exploitation of Ordubad and Morazan hydroelectric power station between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran”.
