Baku, April 14 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received a delegation led by Lithuania's Interior Minister Dailis Alfonsas Barakauskas.
Interior Minister Dailis Alfonsas Barakauskas conveyed greetings of Lithuanian President, Mrs Dalia Grybauskaite to the Head of State.
The Lithuanian Minister said he had repeatedly visited Azerbaijan, saying big development processes that had taken place since his last trip made deep impressions on him.
President Ilham Aliyev noted that Azerbaijan achieved rapid economic growth on all fronts.
They also exchanged views over issues related to cooperation between Azerbaijan and Lithuania.
The Head of State thanked President Dalia Grybauskaite for her greetings, and asked Dailis Alfonsas Barakauskas to pass on his greetings to the Lithuanian leader.
