Tehran, April 9 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has today been given an official welcome at the Presidential Palace in Tehran as he is staring an official visit to Iran.
A ceremonial guard of honor was lined up for the Azerbaijani President in front of the Palace.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani welcomed President Ilham Aliyev.
The two presidents reviewed the guard of honor as a military orchestra played national anthems of Azerbaijan and Iran.
Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Hassan Rouhani then posed together for photographs.
