Baku, Sept 18 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on September 18 took part at the opening of the educational, sports and cultural center of Azerbaijan State Economic University in Guba District.
First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva was presented flowers.
The President cut the ribbon symbolizing opening of the Center.
University’s rector Shamsaddin Hajiyev informed that the Complex had been built in 7 ha area in the region’s Ikinji Nugedi village and has all conditions for the rest of tutorial staff and students of University. The three-storey hotel houses 87 rooms, a summer school with modern infrastructure for 350 students. The auditoriums have been equipped with necessary accommodation, a dining room and a meeting hall for 205 people.
Numerous sports halls, swim pool and play grounds will serve the staff here.
