Transformation of the global labor market is one of the most important megatrends in the world. This was voiced by President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev at the Astana Economic Forum. President Nazarbayev highlighted that the practice of knowledge transfer is important as well as the formation of creative thinking and the ability to search and use necessary information. Development of personality traits in students has been conducted in the Bottisham Village College. The college professors agree that a person in the modern world should be flexible so he or she can change professions throughout life and constantly replenish his or her own knowledge. For a number of years, the college students have been sharing their experience in leadership training with their Kazakh fellows.

- Cambridge University and Super Schools have been involved in the Kazakh project which has been very exciting. We’ve been involved looking at literature, school improvement and research making and we are sure that teachers have professional development that they need.

SAULE UMIRBEKOVA, PRINCIPAL, NAZARBAYEV INTELLECTUAL SCHOOL IN TALDYKORGAN:
- First of all, this cooperation primarily aims to train teachers so they can analyze their work. For the first time, it seemed that what we are told has nothing to do with the teaching process. Nonetheless, today, we clearly realize that research of the work and improving it requires a teacher’s analysis of his or her pros and cons working with parents and students. Today’s work analysis is our achievements in the future.

18 teachers of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Taldykorgan have interned at the Bottisham Village College. The teachers have improved their skills in working with schoolchildren and their parents. Today, companies hire qualified employees to meet the global challenges of the modern world. Therefore, Kazakhstan’s educational institutions prioritize modernization in education in order to train professionals of the modern world.
