Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China (PRC) Li Keqiang landed at 6.00 pm on Wednesday in the “ChinggisKhaan” international airport to pay an official visit to Mongolia.
The Premier of China was welcomed at the airport by L.Purevsuren, the Minister of Foreign Affairs; and other officials.
The official visit will start Thursday morning at 8.00 am by an official welcoming ceremony on the Square of ChinggisKhaan. The Prime Ministers of Mongolia and China will hold official talks in scope of the visit and will sign several documents.
Li Keqiang will be received by the Mongolian President and the Speaker of parliament. After this, Li will attend a foundation stone laying ceremony of a palace for children with disabilities, which will be erected with a non-refundable aid from the Chinese government.
Following the official visit, the Premier of China will participate in the 11th ASEM Summit to be held on July 15-16 in Ulaanbaatar.
