President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva have arrived in France on a working visit to attend the Leaders' Forum at the 38th Session of UNESCO General Conference.

At Paris Orly International Airport, the head of state and his wife were greeted by top-ranking state and government officials of France.
