Baku, June 28 (AzerTAc). President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the Inaugural Plenary Session of the 23rd Annual Session of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly entitled “Helsinki +40: Towards Human Security for All” in Baku.
President of the OSCE PA, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Montenegro Ranko Krivokapic made opening remarks at the Plenary Session.
President Ilham Aliyev addressed the event.
OSCE PA President Ranko Krivokapic, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ogtay Asadov, OSCE Chairman-in-Office, President of the Swiss Confederation Didier Burkhalter also made speeches at the session.
Then questions of the event participants were answered.
