Baku, October 8 (AzerTAc). President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Minister of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania Juozas Olekas.
During the meeting, the parties expressed their satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Lithuania in political, economic and other areas, and noted the role of cooperation between the two countries` defence ministries in the expansion of these ties.
During the conversation, the sides stressed the importance of high-level meetings in terms of the strengthening of bilateral relations and noted that the visit of the delegation led by Lithuanian Minister of National Defence Juozas Olekas to Azerbaijan would contribute to the development of these relations even further.
