Baku, April 10 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today received Zimbabwe`s Foreign Affairs Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi.
President Ilham Aliyev expressed confidence the Zimbabwean FM`s meetings in Baku would be fruitful, and that the visit would be important in terms of developing the bilateral relations and defining new areas of cooperation.
The Zimbabwean FM conveyed President Robert Mugabe`s greetings to the Azerbaijani President.
He said there were ample opportunities for developing Azerbaijan-Zimbabwe cooperation in a variety of fields.
President Ilham Aliyev asked Minister Simbarashe Mumbengegwi to extend his greetings to Zimbabwe`s President.
