Gabala, September 10 (AzerTAc). President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has inspected final construction work at a new building of Gabala city mosque.
The Head of State was informed that construction of the mosque, initiated by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, started in 2011.
The two-storied mosque will handle nearly 800 people.
The complex features a library, a ceremonial hall and ablution areas.
The President emphasized the necessity of carrying out the construction work in line with highest standards.
