Speaker M.Enkhbold delivers speech at International Forum in Moscow

On June 4-5, Mongolian parliamentarians headed by Speaker M.Enkhbold are attending in the International Forum themed ‘Development of Parliamentarism’ being organized by the State Duma in Moscow, the Russian Federation.
Speaker M.Enkhbold delivered a speech in the opening of the international forum on June 4. In his speech, Mr. Enkhbold highlighted that the forum provides an opportunity to participants to exchange their views and experience, and hold dialogue about global pressing issues and define new directions and mechanisms of cooperation.
“We have to stand as one whole force against any risk of threatening the existence and prosperity of nations and liberty, peace and well-being of the people. Mongolia and its Parliament, which has a history of over 800 years, are willing to contribute to this mission,” said Mr.Enkhbold in the end of his speech.
More than 500 participants are taking part in the forum, including MPs and experts from 96 countries, as well as 19 parliamentary chairmen and 15 deputy-chairmen and representatives of 11 international parliamentary associations.
The forum is conducting three thematic sessions for discussions on the issues of legislative support of the world economy development in the XXI century, the role of parliaments in strengthening international security and the exchange of best practices of national legislation.
