During his official visit to Germany, Chairman of the State Great Khural of Mongolia Mr Z.Enkhbold took part Sunday in the opening ceremony of the CeBIT international exhibition of IT technology which is going on in Hannover.
International fair for information technology, telecomunications, IT solutions and services CeBIT-Hannover has been held since 1986.
The opening speeches were given by the mayor of Hannover Mr Stefan Schostoc and by the Chancellor of Germany Ms Angela Merkel. The leading companies in IT technology from over 100 countries are participating in the exhibition to introduce new techniques and innovations in information technology, to introduce software, and innovative approaches in digital technology.
Ms Merkel spoke about the development of globalization and digitalization Chancellor A.Merkel emphasized that globalization and digitalization is developing together in joint conjunction. Digitalization is directly connected with the economy and has a great impact for the future economy progress.
“Germany will support the development of digitalization and will try to destroy the barriers to the improvement of legal environment. Germany has planned to implement a digital program in 2014-2017 and is preparing a draft law on internet security” said the Chancellor of Germany.
Ms Merkel thanked the Speaker Mr Enkhbold for his participation in the exhibition.
