Today, industrial enterprises of the Pavlodar region can enjoy IT-solutions and engineering services implemented in the Pavlodar State Pedagogical University. The university launched the IT Hub laboratory. Students are improving their skills in information technology in order to implement the most complicated projects.

YERNUR ORALBEK, FIRST YEAR STUDENT:
- We take computer based tests in this laboratory. We are getting ready for classes. This is a very comfortable classroom. I like everything here. The students benefit from it.

Within a month the university could see the project’s effectiveness which was implemented under the Digital Kazakhstan program. The students increased their skills in computer science very quickly. Moreover, the student IT club formed in the university. The students enthusiastically share their experience with each other.

AZHAR ZHOLDASBEKOVA, THIRD YEAR STUDENT, PAVLODAR STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY:
- Information technologies ease a process of education. It is possible to get easy access to information and knowledge. The technologies help establishing the relationship with teachers.

Based on the IT Hub, development of the technologies that contribute to computerization of systems at enterprises is underway. In addition, it is planned to create a design bureau, where young scientists will invent new generation machines.

ALEKSANDER SVIDERSKY, PROVOST FOR INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS, PAVLODAR STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY:
- This year we plan to open a Fab lab which will operate not only at the level of software, but also at the level of technical support. For example the Fab lab will do 3D-printing, 3D-scanner and digitally controlled machines to create small-scale productions for the Startup center.

In the future, the technical arsenal of the IT Hub will be replenished with a 3D printer and a 3D scanner. This will help creating conditions for innovations as well as expand the possibilities of making new IT solutions.
