Officials of China discussed the innovations and amendments to be made in the customs procedures. Customs authorities of Kazakhstan, Belgium, Turkey, USA, Japan and other countries took part in the international forum held in China. Leading companies of the world announced their proposals in the field of security and technologies for checking the transported goods. Kazakh customs officers also shared their experience. Domestic experts noted the large-scale work being carried out in the country to create a single platform for monitoring and managing internal logistics. Instead of 5 monitoring systems, a unified technological corridor will be introduced in the country, the Kazakh officials reported. It will take no more than 3 minutes to complete the revision of freight. In this area, Kazakhstan is cooperating with the Chinese company Naktek, which has already installed 26 sets of inspection systems in the country. Negotiations are currently underway to open joint production of high-tech equipment in the Aktobe region.

WU XIANHAO, SPOKESPERSON, SECURITY TECHNOLOGY COMPANY:
- Kazakhstan is an important transit country in the strategic program of "One Belt, One Road". Therefore, Kazakhstan focuses on developing transport links and simplifying customs control. In recent years, our company has been closely cooperating with the Kazakh colleagues and is actively involved in equipping customs posts with advanced technologies. For example, we installed devices for scanning containers, which simplify control conditions and shorten the time. This equipment proved effective in detecting illegal and prohibited goods.
