Representatives of Kazakhstan and Belarus intend to build a partnership in information technologies (IT). The countries are actively exchanging their experience in introducing IT solutions in housing and communal services, as well as development of software for business and other innovative solutions. The International TIBO 2018 Forum of Innovations held in Minsk will help strengthen the partnership. Kazakh IT specialists have presented their developments at the forum.

PAVEL KOKTYSHEV, DEPUTY CHAIRPERSON, ZERDE HOLDING:
- Nine companies have been showcased and considered by the market positively. These companies understand what they need to do in order to expand to Belarus, Eastern European markets and we do our best to help them.

At the forum, the representatives also discussed the prospect of creating a single Eurasian digital market. Today, the integration of communication platforms is a priority for all developed countries and international organizations.

DARYN TUYAKOV, KAZAKH INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION VICE MINISTER:
- Our Digital Kazakhstan program has 5 areas, 17 initiatives and covers 120 events. The main focus is on improving the productivity and the quality. Businessmen from Belarus are very interested in our start-ups. Representatives of the Belarusian Company and the Kazakh start-up have signed a memorandum of cooperation. Our developers have proposed a project on block chain technology. We have signed this memorandum with the participation of the Prime Minister.

Players of the global communication market of different countries intend to learn in detail the proposed projects and conclude mutually beneficial contracts.
