100th issue of Caspian Energy journal to be published by Caspian Oil & Gas 2017

Baku, April 5, AZERTAC In June 2017, the 100th issue of Caspian Energy journal will be published and include the exclusive interview with His Excellency President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Caspian European Club (Caspian Business Club) and Caspian American Club Telman Aliyev said. “It is noteworthy that the presentation of the journal’s 100th issue, as well as the 1st one, will take place at the opening of the International Caspi­an Oil & Gas Exhibition and Conference which is the major event for oil-gas industry representatives operating in the Caspian-Black Sea region,” Telman Aliyev highlighted. “I also would like to note that for several years Caspian Energy International Media Group has been a general media partner of the exhibition and conference, organized by ITE Group and its partner Iteca Caspian,” he emphasized. According to him, the main focus of this issue will be the rating of oil and gas fields according to the criterion of production and safety of offshore oil and gas operations, as well as oil and gas companies working at the Caspian fields. “In this regard, we have applied to SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev, Chairman of the Board of KazMunayGas NC JSC Sauat Mynbayev, President of LUKOIL PJSC Vagit Alekperov, BP’s regional president for Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey Gary Jones, Managing Director of Total for Azerbaijan Denis Lemarchal and other heads of oil-gas companies with a request for an exclusive interview in which they will tell about safety measures and innovative technologies applied when producing hydrocarbons in the Caspian,” Telman Aliyev said. The journal will be also presented at the 14th International Oil & Gas Exhibition in Moscow (June 27-30, 2017) and the 22nd World Petroleum Congress (WPC) in Istanbul (July 9-13, 2017). The first issue of Caspian Energy journal, which is the main publication of Caspian Energy International Media Group, was published on May 28, 1999. Interviews of heads of state and government, ministers, heads of state-owned and private companies, articles of competent experts, as well as analytical materials are published in the journal spread in 50 countries worldwide. According to the estimates of a number of rating agencies, Caspian Energy journal is amidst the world’s top 20 influential oil and gas publica­tions and the top 5 oil-gas journals in the region.
