12th Iran CONMIN 2016 Kicks off in Tehran

Tehran, Nov 5, IRNA – The 12th International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Mining, Building Materials and Natural Stone Industry started work here on Saturday. The event was held in the presence of some 130 domestic and 198 foreign firms. Speaking in the opening ceremony of the event, the Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh noted that having 5000-6000 mines in Iran. He said not the number of mines the country owns but rather the amount of production and exports is of importance. Germany, Austria, Spain, UAE, Italy, Turkey, Russia, China, Finland, Poland, Netherlands, India and South Korea participated in the event. 1378/IRNA
