13% Rise In Revenues From Agricultural Products Exports

Tehran, Dec 19, IRNA – Minister of Agricultural Jihad Sadeq Khalilian said on Tuesday that export of agricultural products rose by 13 percent in the first seven months of the year (starting on March 21). Addressing a meeting, where five agricultural research projects were unveiled, Khalilian said agro production was so high in the period that in addition to meeting domestic needs, the surplus products were exported abroad. He said the production has guaranteed job security in the sector too./end
