66 billion cubic meters of gas, 17 million tons of condensate produced at Shahdeniz field

Baku, November 5, AZERTAC "Since the beginning of development, 66 billion cubic meters of gas and 17 million tons of condensate were produced at the "Shahdeniz" field. 4,8 billion cubic meters of gas was exported to Georgia and 36 billion cubic meters - to Turkey through South Caucasus Pipeline on "Shahdeniz" project till November 1, 2015", Khoshbaxt Yusifzade, first Vice-president of the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) informed at the Caspian Technical Conference. According to him, 550 million cubic meters of gas was transported to Georgia and 4,8 billion cubic meters - to Turkey by South Caucasus Pipeline from "Shahdeniz" field within January-October current year. He also emphasized that, 4 million cubic meters of gas was exported to Georgia and 18 million cubic meters - to Turkey per day, averagely. Yusifzade said that, averagely, 29 million cubic meters of gas and 7 thousand tons of condensate were produced per day from 7 operating wells in the "Shahdeniz" field.
