AirAsia X Introduces Premium Flatbeds From US$175

KUALA LUMPUR, July 27 (Bernama) -- AirAsia X, is introducing premium flatbeds for all-in-fares from US$175 (RM718) (one-way) to celebrate its continuous winning streak at the Skytrax World Airline Awards on July 12. In a statement Wednesday, AirAsia X said it was the first low-cost carrier in the world to introduce flatbed seats, which have standard business class specifications. Chief Executive Officer Benyamin Ismail said being awarded the 'World’s Best Low-Cost Airline Premium Cabin' and 'World's Best Low-Cost Airline Premium Seat,' for four consecutive years was a solid testament to AirAsia X's premium product range. "Guests can now fly to Xi’An, Taipei and Nepal on the premium flatbeds with all-in-fares from RM718 one-way; to Perth from US$188 (RM768) one-way; and to Tehran, Hangzhou and Shanghai from only US$219 (RM898) one-way.
