Azerbaijani company becomes member of European Association of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Manufacturers

Baku, June 24 (AzerTAc). AAS, the only manufacturer of cellular concrete (gas concrete) with “gobustone” brand in Azerbaijan, has become a member of the European Association of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Manufacturers. AAS is the first company in the Caucasus to join the Association. The European Association of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Manufacturers was founded in 1988 to promote the interests of manufacturers of aerated concrete and their national associations throughout Europe. At present, there are 21 manufacturers of aerated concrete in the association, including AAS. The AAS plant of modern building materials is located in Sangachal settlement of Garadagh district of Baku. The plant’s annual production capacity is 180,000 cu m of cellular concrete blocks and 30,000 tons of lime. The plant is part of SYNERGY GROUP.
