Aseel Al Mohandis, Founder and Conference Chairman said: "The idea of the GCC Efficiency Conference (Itqan 2017) emerged as we go through a time of change and scarcity. Organizations no longer need more leaders, more motivation or communication; they need employees who love their jobs, excel in their work, workers who are passionate and skillful. Once you have an employee who is efficient, you will have an employee who is motivated, experienced, and one who produce high quality output in cost effective manner." "We want to create a healthy and motivating business environment. The Conference speakers will talk, discuss and share their experience on organization culture, business performance, strategic human capital and other related topics. Finally, we would like to thank the Minister for his kind patronage, and the to thank our official media sponsor Bahrain News Agency (BNA) for their support, and we are looking forward to a fruitful Conference," she added.
