Bahrain Tourism Identity launch commended

Manama, Apr. 20 (BNA): The head of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s tourism sector committee, Sufyan Al Moayyed, commended the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism and Bahrain Economic Development Board (EDB) on launching the new Bahrain Tourism Identity. He underlined the numerous strides taken in a bid to invigorate tourism in Bahrain and enhancing its contribution to the national economy." "The tourism sector in Bahrain has a lot of potentials and can be a key contributor to the country’s GDP and economic development," he said. "We are very pleased with the government’s keenness on diversifying sources of income and enhancing collaboration between the public and private sector in translation to the ambitious economic vision 2030," he added. "The Kingdom of Bahrain enjoys the components for a robust tourism, coupled with the strenuous efforts being exerted, we are sure to yield fruitful outcomes," Al Moayyed concluded.
