Baku hosts Azerbaijan-Dagestan business forum

Baku, April 26 (AzerTAc). Baku has today hosted an Azerbaijan-Dagestan business forum as part of Dagestan deputy prime minister Rizvan Gazimagomedov`s visit. Speaking to the event, Azerbaijan`s deputy minister of economic development Niyazi Safarov highlighted the country`s socio-economic achievements. Gazimagomedov noted that Dagestan`s government was keen to improve relations with Azerbaijan and strengthen cooperation in all fields. He highlighted Dagestan`s investment opportunities. President of Azerbaijan Investment Promotion Foundation Adil Mammadov spoke of Azerbaijan`s business and investment climate. The forum featured the presentation on business and investment opportunities and economies of Azerbaijan and Dagestan. During their stay in Azerbaijan, the Gazimagomedov-led Dagestan delegation will visit Sumgait Technology Park and “Greentech” greenhouse complex in a Baku district. The delegation will also travel to Gabala and Khachmaz regions to see tourism and business opportunitiess.
