BCCI taking part in the B20 conference in Turkey

Manama, Sept. 3 (BNA): The Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)'s CEO Nabeel Al Mahmood is participating in the B20 conference in Ankara, Turkey, on September 3-5. The event is being held under the auspices of Turkish Republic's President Recep Tayyip Erdogan . The conference aims to generate recommendations on key issues regarding the global economic agenda in preparation to raising them to the G20 which will discuss them in their annual meeting. The conference entails a number of panel sessions on a variety of topics including employment trends and economic growth, fighting irregularities, advancing the bio-economy for sustainable growth, empowering women in business and other sectors. In this regard Al Mahmood said: "We aim to intensify the presence and participation of the Bahrain Chamber in major events in a bid to promote Bahrain and build relations". He added "this is also an opportunity to promote for the First Annual Global Employers’ Summit to be hosted in Bahrain between 6th and 7th October 2015 and under the patronage of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa".
