BOM HOLDS FX AUCTION

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On the Foreign Exchange Auction held Tuesday, the Bank of Mongolia (BoM) received bid offers of USD 5.5 million in a rate between MNT 1940.00-1944.00. The BoM did not accept the offer, and did not receive any bid offer of CNY. The BoM received USD Swap agreement bid offer equivalent to USD 40.0 million, MNT swap agreement of USD 35.9 million from local commercial banks and accepted the offers.
