Bushehr nuclear plant capacity to increase to 1000 MW

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 9 / Trend S.Isayev, D. Khatinoglu/ The nuclear capacity at Bushehr power plant is planned to be increased up to 1000 MW, The Head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization Fereydoon Abbasi Davani said, Fars reported. "Currently, Bushehr NPP is working with half capacity, and necessary tests are being carried out to increase the capacity," Abbasi said. Iran daily produces about 450 MW of electricity. Earlier, Bushehr's output was 750 MW, however later the figure was decreased to do some additional testing, before the capacity could be increased up to 1000 MW. Abbasi noted that Iran has enough of uranium processing machines, and the country does not need any foreign helpto conduct the testing. Do you have any feedback?
