Cardekho Launches Carbay In Malaysia, Thailand

KUALA LUMPUR, July 29 (Bernama) -- Indian-based company, Girnar Software Pvt Ltd which runs auto portal, CarDheko.com, has launched CarBay.my and Thailand.CarBay.com in Malaysia and Thailand, respectively. CarDheko.com has won India's Website of the Year award thrice in the past four years, underscoring its success in the subcontinent. In a statement here Wednesday, Girnar Software said CarBay would provide car buyers with an intuitive platform to serve their needs for automobile information, and provided English and Thai languages for its portal in Thailand. "Users visiting the website may browse through a large content of all car models offered in the country with options for brands, models and prices according to their requirements," the company said. It said both Malaysia and Thailand had shown constant gross domestic product growth, exceeding 2.5 per cent, and a per capita income greater than US$6,500, that hinted towards a probable 10 per cent increase in car sales over the next five to six years. "This certainly presents an optimal condition for developing an efficient system that can make car buying and selling process simpler and provide consumers with complete control over the deals," it said. CarBay Asia-Pacific Chief Executive Officer Mohit Yadav said the company had also developed customer relationship management tools for dealers to provide better consumer experience, increase efficiency and overall dealer profitability.
