Chabahar best spot to connect Asia, Europe and Africa

Chabahar, Sistan and Baluchestan prov, Nov 5, IRNA – The Chairman of the board of directors at Chabahar Free Zone Organization Abdolrahim Kordi said that due to its geographical position, Chabahar is the best hub to connect Asia, Europe and Africa. Kordi told IRNA on Saturday that Chabahar is one of the best strategic and regional hubs for investment of world countries and it would be useful for the Indian Ocean rim states as well. He added that all Indian Ocean rim states will be able to establish trade, transit and services ties with Central Asian Countries and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). After finalizing the railway, Chabahar Free Zone will become the transit hub for freight and services to Eastern Asia, he noted. 1378/IRNA
