Digi, Malaysia SMEs Gear Up For SME® Congress 2016

SHAH ALAM (Selangor, Malaysia), July 1 (Bernama) -- The run up to the Digi MALAYSIA SME® Congress on July 28 has hit fever pitch with an impressive line up of local and international speakers. There will be inspirational sharing sessions by highly successful business speakers while businesses will build ties with businesses and explore new opportunities with one another. Speaking about this year's line-up of business speakers, MALAYSIA SME® Media Group Chief Executive Officer and Group Chief Editor Wayne Lim said this year's speakers have introduced high-tech, trendy and health-friendly products into the market. Among the speakers are Liew Bin; Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bagman Corporation, Raymond Yee, Managing Director of Crest Link Sdn Bhd and Scott Kington; a New Zealand national and co-founder of the BLUNT Umbrellas. Between them, this year's line-up of speakers have the marketing knowhow and business insights for the current health-conscious generation. There will also be a host of exhibits, with some of Malaysia's most promising businesses displaying their products and services. "The congress will undoubtedly be the place for drawing inspiration from some of the best business minds around while also generating business opportunities. "We have prepared 2,000 seats for this year's congress and we are expecting a big turnout of SME participants, many of whom will be attending an international-level conference in our nation's capital for the first time," Lim told a media launch on Thursday. The MALAYSIA SME® Congress is an annual SME event and assembles representatives from SMEs for the purpose of sharing success stories, testimonials, views about SME challenges, possible solutions and offer business, market and networking opportunities among participating SMEs. In addition, it also serves as a platform to develop communication linkages and networks to continue meaningful contacts and relationships, resulting in mutual assistance among SMEs in Malaysia.
