DinarDirham Founder Aims To Open 100 Outlets By 2020

By Nurul Jannah Kamaruddin KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 19 (Bernama) -- DND Worldwide Holdings Sdn Bhd, a financial technology (fintech) company that provides solutions for "DinarDirham" metal and currency investment, targets to expand its operations by opening 100 branches by 2020. Its founder, Muhd Azrainuddin Zainal, said 20 of the branches would be opened in Malaysia. With the opening of the branches, the company aims to create 1,200 job opportunities in the country. Currently, DND Worldwide has five branches, two in Kuala Lumpur and one each in Bangkok, Singapore and Hong Kong, he said in an interview with Bernama here. DinarDirham is the latest innovation using the blockchain technology which is gaining popularity and adopted by various renowned international organisations. It is equipped with various applications including payment systems, digital currencies, scientific discoveries, voting system and others. Blockchain, a technology created in 2008 and commercialised a year later, is a record or public ledger shared by many differenct parties. "DinarDirham is the first innovation in the world that has not been developed or adopted by any party. It can solve various issues and problems that arise via a transparent transaction. "Any transaction and record can only be amended after obtaining the agreement from the majority parties that are involved in the system," he said. The effectiveness of the DinarDirham solutions has been recognised at the international level when it was awarded 'The Most Innovative Gold Fintech Provider', which will take place at The China Forex Expo in Shenzhen, China on Oct 28, 2016. The expo will be participated by finance experts from various countries, as well as, 10,000 international visitors. "Various job and business opportunities that will be created through this innovation will benefit the people. "Innovation that is beneficial to the people should be highlighted and developed more systematically and effectively so that all parties can enjoy the benefits," said Muhd Azrainuddin. --BERNAMA
