Doha Festival City to Open Up on April 5

Doha, March 20 (QNA) - Doha Festival City will open on April 5. The QR6 billion investment will be the latest addition to the retail and entertainment sectors in the State of Qatar. Doha Festival City will feature a gross building area of 433,000 square meters, and will include the biggest mall in Qatar and one of the largest entertainment and retail developments in the Gulf. It will contain four theme parks, they are; Juniverse, Virtuocity, Angry Birds World, and Snow Dunes. It will have 8,000 parking spots, a five-star hotel, and a conference center that will open in 2018. General manager of Doha Festival City Mall Trevor Hill said that they are committed to provide the best entertainment experience for its visitors. The mall is expected to receive 20 million visits a year. (QNA)
