"It’s worth to speed up already initiated negotiating process on creation of free trade zones with those countries, with which we agreed to implement such work," the Russian head of state said. "We pay high attention to preparation of draft agreements on cooperation between the EAEU and such countries," Putin said. "We suggest that the potential of the Eurasian Development Bank and the Eurasian Stabilization Fund is engaged more efficiently in support of economic growth of our nations and that special investment mechanisms of the Eurasian Development Bank and the Stabilization Fund are used to strengthen financial stability of Union member-states," the Russian leader said. "Issues related to promotion of positions of the Eurasian Economic Union at the international stage and development of ties of our association with other states require particular attention," Putin said. "We consider important in this context to establish closer cooperation with CIS partners that are not EAEU members," he said. The status of observer in the EAEU should be approved, Putin added.
