Industrial Towns Exhibition Boost Khuzestan-Iraq Ties

Ahvaz, Oct 12, IRNA – Holding Exhibition of Khuzestan Province Industrial Townships’ Products lead to increasing Khuzestan’s economic relations with Iraq, said a representative of Iraqi merchants here Saturday. “Visiting this exhibition familiarized us with the industrial products of this province, which will definitely have customers in Iraq,” said Toama Jababr Khalaf, who is visiting Khuzestan atop an economic delegation in a meeting with the press in Ahvaz. He said that many contracts have been signed for purchasing Khuzestan province products and that process gets better with the passage of each new day. Another Iraqi merchant, Talib Abbas al-Tamimi, too, said that the exhibition has finely put on display the province’s industrial products and serves the purpose of marketing for Iraq perfectly well, which is why many contracts were signed during its course for exports to Iraq./end
