Intelectasia Launches Supernewsroom, Malaysia's First Digital Media Hub

KUALA LUMPUR, July 3 (Bernama) -- Intelectasia Consultancy, a public relations firm, has launched a digital platform called Supernewsroom for organisations and the media in Malaysia to connect and collaborate easily. Its chief executive officer Manminder Kaur Dhillon said the Malaysian media landscape was so vibrant, yet there was not a single place where this information was stored and updated in real-time. “Supernewsroom leverages on technology to make this easier for both the media and organisations by having this information online and accessible anytime, anywhere,” she told reporters after the launch of the digital platform, which is the first in Malaysia. Manminder said that via Supernewsroom, organisations would be able to send press releases and media invites with a single click and track who was attending with an integrated Media RSVP tool. Up to date more than 25 organisations including corporate, government and non-governmental organisations have signed up for this digital platform and the firm expects to attract more than 500 organisations by year's end. Going forward, she said Supernewsroom would evolve into an application and aimed to go regional, bringing in media database from countries like Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong and more. -- BERNAMA
