Iranˈs Civil Aviation Organization keen to expand overseas flights

Tehran, May 7, IRNA – Iranˈs Civil Aviation Organization has plans to expand overseas flights, Director General for the Legal and International Affairs Department of the Civil Aviation Organization Mohammad-Saeed Sharafi said on Tuesday. He said that the Iranian civil aviation agency aims to upgrade cooperation with all countries around the world and setting up flights to the Muslim and neighboring countries. Sharafi added that Iranˈs Civil Aviation Organization is currently developing aviation cooperation with Kuwait, Pakistan and Ghana and setting up flights to the other countries in the context of the Iranian joint economic commissions with them. Iran has planned to increase the number of flights to the neighboring countries in a bid to strengthen its regional political, economic and cultural ties. end
