Iranˈs Non-oil Exports Hit $41.3b

Tehran, May 26, IRNA - Minister of Economy and Finance, Shamseddin Hosseini said here Sunday that non-oil commodities, including oil condensates, worth $41.3b were exported last Iranian calendar year (ended March 20, 2013). Addressing a conference on monetary policy regarding global economy, he added that the figure soared following a growth in tourism sector as well as in exports of agricultural and mineral products. Hosseini stressed that the non-oil export deficit reduced to $12.3b last year from its previous figure of $18b./end
