Iran’s Resistance Economy, Role Model For World States: Former Diplomat

Islamabad, March 17, IRNA – A former Pakistani ambassador on Sunday said that Iran is pursuing independent policies and Islamic Republic’s resistance economy is a role model for the other countries of the world. Talking to IRNA former envoy to UAE, Air Marshal (Retd) Syed Qaiser Hussain endorsed the remarks of Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei that resistance economy is a long-term and dynamic policy which will guarantee the future of Iran. Ayatollah Khamenei made the remarks in a meeting with a group of economic activists and government officials. Syed Qaiser Hussain expressing his views said that countries must use their recourses judicially just like Iran to make their economies strong. He said that policy of self dependence robust economy of any country in the world. The analyst went on to say that Iran has been pursuing the policy of self reliance that is why the country is progressing in all fields despite western sanctions. “Sanctions have made Iran very strong,” he viewed. The former diplomat added that those countries which came under heavy sanctions progressed a lot. He said that Iran today has become a role model for other world states. The expert on intentional affairs noted that Iran is financially very strong and sanctions have failed to damage the Iranian economy. He said that resistance economy is a long-term and dynamic policy which will guarantee the future of Iran. Syed Qaiser Hussain said that Iranian leadership deserves a round of applause for adopting courageous policies. “We in Pakistan always praise the policies of Supreme Leader and the way he is leading his nation,” he said. The analyst added that other countries must learn from the progress of Iran. He said that Iran is progressing because its leaders are sincere with their people and the country. Syed Qaiser Hussain has served as acting chief of the Pakistan Air Force. After retirement he was appointed as Pakistan’s ambassador to UAE./end
