Iran-Belarus Sign Banking Co-op Agreement

Tehran, May 29, IRNA - Managing Director of Iran Export Guarantee Fund Kazemdoost Hosseini and Managing Director of Belarus Trade Capital Bank Michovsky on Monday singed a cooperation agreement to expand baking transactions. Hosseini said Belarus is the 5th ranking in terms of investment risk which is an acceptable index and therefore Iranian exporters can enjoy the Fund's insurance coverage and use the Belarusian TCB financial sources. He expressed hope signing of the agreement would substantially facilitate Iranian exports to Belarus. Mochovsky welcomed his country's expansion of trade and banking ties with Iran and expressed hope financially supporting the two countries' trade cooperation would soon make Iran and Belarus two important trade partners./end
