Iran-Turkey Trade Stands $12.5b In Past 10 Months

Ankara, Dec 4, IRNA – Trade between Tehran and Ankara in the past 10 months reached $12.5 billion, according to Turkish state statistics institute. According to the information released by the institute Iran’s exports to Turkey accounts for nearly dlrs nine billion of this figure. It said that Turkey’s exports to Iran in October reached $266.328 million while Iran’s exports to Turkey in the same month was $744.311 million, most of which were oil, gas and oil products. Meanwhile, Turkish Minister of Economy Mehmet Zafer Caglayan said after Iran and Group 5+1 reached an agreement over nuclear dispute on November 24 that the agreement would lead to a growth in trade between the two countries./end
