Iranian, Tajik research institutes ink MoU to bolster ties

Tehran, IRNA – Officials from Tajikistan Strategic Research Center and Tehran International Studies and Research Institute in Iran have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to develop cooperation. The CEO of Tehran International Studies and Research Institute, Abed Akbari and Head of Tajikistan Strategic Research Center signed the MoU between the two think tanks on Wednesday. The signed MoU aims to improve research capacities in the form of exchange of researchers, publication of books and scientific works, holding joint meetings, conferences, etc. Historical and cultural ties and commonalities of the two countries were emphasized by the parties as a support and capacity for cooperation between the two sides.
