Jakarta Index Opens Higher

Jakarta, July 21(Antara) - The Jakarta composite index (JCI) opened 0.4 percent higher on Monday ahead of the announcement of the result of presidential election expected on Tuesday. The index of the Indonesian Stock Exchanges rose 20.44 points to 5,107.46 points with index of 45 most liquid stocks up 0.61 percent to 879.46 points.
