KAHRAMAA Launches New Service Center in Industrial area

Doha, June 28 (QNA) - Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) launched its new service center in Industrial area. The new service center, which began operations today, will be open from Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM during holy month of Ramadan. Its new premises is equipped with many facilities to help customers including a spacious waiting lounge. With its easily accessible location, the new building provides optimum convenience for customers and employees. The opening of the new center is to cater to the growing number of customers and to facilitate KAHRAMAA in implementing its corporate value of customer centricity, placing the customers at the heart of decision- making to ensure a relentless focus on the customers' needs. The opening of KAHRAMAA's new center is as part of its continual improvement efforts for its valued customers. KAHRAMAA adopts transparency and always endeavors to increase customers satisfaction by applying continual development and improvement mechanism. KAHRAMAA has the privilege of being the sole transmission and distribution system owner and operator (TDSOO) for the electricity and water sector in Qatar. It was established in July 2000 in terms of Law No. 10 to regulate and maintain the supply of electricity and water to customers.
