Malaysia To Decide On TPPA in Q3 2015

KUALA LUMPUR, April 2 (Bernama) -- Malaysia will decide whether it will be part of the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement (TPPA) in the third quarter of this year after the completion of the talks, said Minister of International Trade and Industry, Mustapa Mohamed. Mustapa said TPPA has already gone through five-year negotiating process and its leaders had committed to conclude discussions by the first half of 2015. The TPPA is a free trade agreement initiative involving 12 countries -- Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, US and Vietnam. --BERNAMA
