Malaysia's FGV To Explore Possibility Of Marketing Products In Indonesia

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 2 (Bernama) -- Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGV), Malaysia's global, diversified and sustainable integrated agri-business leader plans to explore the possibility of marketing the planting material of a subsidiary and other agriculture related products, including fertilisers, in Indonesia. It said in a filing to Bursa Malaysia (Malaysia's Stock Exchange) on Wednesday that the fertiliser is produced by another of its unit, FPM Sdn Bhd. FGV said its unit, Felda Agricultural Services Sdn Bhd had signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with PT. Mitra Agro Servindo on collaborating to explore market opportunities. It said the MoU is valid for six months to enable both parties to finalise and agree upon a definitive agreement or such extended period as agreed in writing by them. --BERNAMA
